Remote Service Program

Here's how it works:
Submit the Remote Service Request below before 9 p.m., and, pending approval, a Fusion technician will respond within two hours and log in to your system to analyze the issues you've described.* Overnight submissions will be prioritized each morning.

A prepaid $110 deposit is required for the first hour of remote service.
For repair sessions exceeding 1 hour, an additional service charge will be invoiced.

If a remote resolution isn’t possible, Fusion Service Department will contact you about scheduling an on-site service call and you will receive a credit toward the service appointment.

*Compatible equipment is required. If you would like to verify your system has remote service capability, or to purchase the necessary equipment, please include that information in the Remote Service Request form or contact a sales representative during regular office hours (Mon - Fri, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.): 314-395-8888
